Afternoon tea

Yesterday went and had afternoon tea with Peter's brother and his wife in Frankston, was a great time. We hadn't been to there house in a couple of years. Was great to catch up with them and find out what they had been up to. Have seen Peter's brother a couple of time in between, so very nice to see his wife, she has been abit sick recently.

Bootcamp

At work after school at the moment we have a personal trainer coming in to help us with our fitness.

I think this is a brilliant idea. It helps us get fit, builds up our body. This means in the long run we will live long, and have less illness.

I can feel sore muscles afterwards, which means it is doing me good.

I have also starting eating less and better, because I feel better.

Not much been happening, but I did manage to sepnd most of Saturday in bed reading a good book.
